Project scope:

• Set-up local office in North East Thailand
• Accommodation, office transportation and translation services for 18 foreign engineers in Thailand
• Setup and monitor all communication and cooperation between the local and foreign teams
• Manage all finantial and logistical aspects of the foreign engineers.
